Introduction
There are two account types in Hachette Learning Magazines: teachers and learners.
Teacher accounts are divided into two roles: Teacher Admins and the Access Coordinator.
The Access Coordinator
The Access Coordinator is your user manager. They are responsible for ensuring that the users on your account are up to date and have been granted access to the platform. Likewise, they are responsible for withholding or revoking access to users who don't need to see your learner or assessment data.
If you use Boost Learning, then your Access Coordinator will carry over to Hachette Learning Magazines. Their login credentials will remain the same (this is true for all users).
If you have not used Boost Learning before, then the first person to order a Hachette Learning Magazines product to your account will be asked to nominate an Access Coordinator. We recommend your data manager, network administrator, or librarian, but you can choose any member of staff that you think is best suited to the role.
Note that while you can set a different Access Coordinator for each of our platforms, you can only have one Access Coordinator per platform.
If you're the Access Coordinator and would like to reassign the role to someone else, see Editing Teachers in Hachette Learning Magazines.
Alternatively, if your Access Coordinator has left without reassigning the role or you're not sure who your Access Coordinator is, please contact the digital support team.
Teacher Admins
Teacher Admins can view the Admin Hub and manually add new teachers and learners. These users will be automatically placed in With Access.
Unlike the Access Coordinator, however, Teacher Admins cannot grant or revoke access to existing users, edit their details, or delete them.
There is no limit to the number of Teacher Admins you can have.
Learners
Learners with access to your Hachette Learning Magazines account can log in and view your eMagazine subscriptions. They do not have access to the Admin Hub.
