To check who currently has access to a Boost eBook and who's had access in the past:
- Log in to Boost Learning.
- Select Browse eBooks.
- Click the 'Subscription information' icon under the eBook.
- Click the Shared with... link to expand the user list.
Users with an expiration date under their name have an active copy. Users without an expiration date had a copy in the past that has now expired.
Users listed as 'Anonymous' have had their access revoked in the Admin Hub or have been deleted entirely.
Click View the sharing history in the top right corner to see when and how the eBook's been shared and by who.
