In Boost Learning, you can view and manage your learners via the 'Students' tab in the Admin Hub. It is divided into three sub-tabs:
- With Access: learners in this tab can log in to Boost Learning and access the resources that have been shared with them.
- Without Access: learners in this tab can't log in to Boost Learning. If they try to log in, they'll be prompted to send an automated request to the Access Coordinator.
- Pending Deletion: learners in this tab are scheduled for deletion and can't log in to Boost Learning. They'll be permanently deleted after six months. For more information, click here.
You can sort the lists under each tab in ascending or descending order by clicking the headers. Search for specific users by typing their name into the search box in the top right.
If your learners are registered with their email addresses then the 'Status' column will show you whether they've verified their account and set a password or not. If they have, it will say 'Verified'. If they haven't, there will be a hyperlink that says 'Email sent'. Click the link to resend their verification email.
Even if you are new to Boost Learning, you may find that some learners are already listed under the 'Students' tab. This is because all our platforms are connected to the same user management system: when you add a user to one, they will automatically appear in all the others, but they will be placed in 'Without access' by default.
