Sharing Boost Course resources with learners

Any teacher with access to your Boost Learning account can view your school's Boost Course resources on their dashboard. 

In contrast, learners don't have access to the content until you share it with them. You can share the whole Course, topics/units within the Course, or specific resources. 

To get started: 

1. Log in to Boost Learning.
2. Click Open a Course.
3. Choose the relevant instructions to follow below. 

Sharing a whole Boost Course

On the 'Courses' dashboard: 

1. Find the Boost Course you'd like to share. 
2. Click the triangular 'Share' icon on the Course tile.
3. Tick 'Include all Knowledge Tests' and/or 'Include teacher-only resources'. (Optional)
4. CC other teachers to notify them of the share and let them edit it in future. (Optional)
5. Click Next.
6.  Select the learners, classes, or groups you'd like to share with. 
7. Click Done.

Sharing a particular topic/unit

On the 'Courses' dashboard: 

1. Find the Boost Course you'd like to share the topic/unit from.
2. Click the Course tile.
3. Select a topic/unit from the 'Contents list'. 
4. Click the triangular 'Share' icon on the topic or unit header.
5. Click Share. 
6. Tick 'Include all Knowledge Tests' and/or 'Include teacher-only resources'. (Optional)
7. Choose a Sharing option. 
8. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the share. 

If you'd like to share multiple topics/units at once, use the clipboard. 

Sharing a specific resource

On the 'Courses' dashboard: 

1. Find the Boost Course you'd like to share the resource from.
2. Click the Course tile.
3. Click the triangular 'Share' icon on a resource.
4. Click Share. 
5. Choose a Sharing option. 
6. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the share. 

If you'd like to share multiple topics/units at once, use the clipboard.
