Introduction
Before learners can log in to Hachette Learning Magazines, they must be registered to your school's account and have access to the platform.

Alternatively, share your direct access link with your users so that they can access your subscriptions without logging in.
Pupils Tab Overview
You can view and manage your learners from the Students tab of the Admin Hub.
To find it, log in to Hachette Learning Magazines and click the Admin Hub icon in the top right corner.
Underneath the Students tab, you will see three additional tabs:
- With Access: learners in this tab will be able to log in to Hachette Learning Magazines and access your eMagazine subscriptions.
- Without Access: learners in this tab will not be able to log in to Hachette Learning Magazines or access your eMagazine subscriptions.
- Pending Deletion: learners in this tab will not be able to log in to Hachette Learning Magazines or access your eMagazine subscriptions and will be permanently deleted after six months. See Deleting Learners in Hachette Learning Magazines for more information.
You can sort the lists under each tab in ascending or descending order by clicking the headers. Search for specific users by typing their name into the search box in the top right corner.
Even if you are new to Hachette Learning Magazines, you may find that some of your learners are already listed in the Students tab. This is because the Admin Hub for each platform is linked: when you add a new user to one, they will automatically appear in all the others, but they will be placed in Without Access by default. This is to save you from having to register the same users over and again if you use two or more of our platforms.
