Introduction
You can add students to custom groups in the Boost Admin Hub. This can make students easier to find when assigning resources, lessons, and tests. It also allows you to assign resources, lessons, and tests to everyone in a group at once.
Unlike classes, students can belong to multiple groups at once.
This article will show you how to create, edit, and delete groups.
Creating a group
- Log in to Boost.
- Click the Admin Hub icon in the top right corner.
- Go to the orange Groups tab.
- Click New Group in the bottom right corner.
- Name the group and add a description (optional).
-
Tick any students on the left-hand list that you would like to add to the group.
- Use the 'Add from:' drop-down box to filter the list, or search for specific students using the search bar.

- Click Save Group.
