Introduction
You can review an interactive test assignment to find the test code and URL, check the assigned learners, and review their completion status.
You can also edit the assignment to move the test date, change the assigned learners or paper, add or remove extra time, and show or hide the test timer. If no learners have started the assignment, you can delete it outright.
Deleting an assignment or removing individual learners from it will restore the unused test credits to your account.
Editing an Interactive Test Assignment
- Log in to Boost Insights and click Assign: tests and intervention quizzes.
- Select the relevant test suite.
- Click the assignment you'd like to review on the calendar to open the assignment panel. Here you will see the test code and test taker URL your learners need to log in to the test, as well as the assigned learners and their completion status.
- Change the test date at the top or the paper by clicking Change assignment. Use the settings icon to grant or remove extra time to learners or show or hide their test timers. Remove learners by clicking the icon in the right-hand column or add them by clicking + Add Learner(s).
- Change the test date at the top or the paper by clicking Change assignment. Use the settings icon to enable/disable extra time, the test timer, and/or the pause button for learners. Remove learners by clicking the icon in the right-hand column or add them by clicking + Add Learner(s).
- Click Save once you're happy with your changes, or click Delete to delete the assignment altogether.
