You can add individual learners to your account directly via the Admin Hub. Before you can add them, however, you must set up your year groups and classes first.
Adding an individual learner
- Log in to Boost Insights as the Access Coordinator.
- Click Admin Hub in the bottom left.
- Go to Pupils > With Access.
- Click Add Pupil in the bottom right.
- Enter the details of the learner you'd like to add. Asterisked fields are mandatory. Switch to the Contextual Information tab if you want to enter additional information to populate your contextual groups.
- Click Save.
Once saved, the learner will be automatically placed in Pupils > With Access. You'll be able to assign and administer tests, view marks, and see them on reports straight away.
